Key Responsibilities
Lead and supervise the purchasing team.
Manage daily purchasing activities based on ABC analysis, FNS/FIFO reports, and stock requirements.
Handle urgent and high-volume orders efficiently.
Negotiate with suppliers for competitive prices and favorable terms.
Monitor inventory, prevent stock shortages, and control excess stock.
Ensure accurate stock receiving, posting, and documentation.
Coordinate with sales and warehouse teams for timely procurement and delivery.
Prepare purchasing reports and monitor supplier performance.
Requirements
Minimum 5 years of UAE experience in automotive spare parts purchasing.
Previous supervisory experience is preferred.
Strong knowledge of auto parts sourcing, inventory management, and supplier negotiation.
Good communication, leadership, and analytical skills.
Candidates with relevant UAE automotive industry experience are encouraged to apply.
