Key Responsibilities
✅ Manage recruitment activities, including job postings, CV screening, candidate sourcing, and shortlisting.
✅ Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, and social media platforms.
✅ Coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers and follow up on feedback.
✅ Maintain candidate databases, recruitment trackers, and HR documentation.
✅ Assist with employee onboarding, joining formalities, and visa processing coordination.
✅ Maintain employee records, attendance, and leave documentation.
✅ Coordinate with department heads to understand hiring requirements.
Requirements
✔️ Minimum 3 years of relevant HR, Recruitment, or Talent Acquisition experience.
✔️ Previous UAE work experience is mandatory.
✔️ Automobile or automotive industry experience is highly preferred.
✔️ Proficiency in MS Office.
✔️ Candidates must be currently available in the UAE.
✔️ Must be available to attend an in-person interview in Abu Dhabi.
