? Experience: 2–3 Years
We are looking for an HR professional with hands-on experience in Performance Management, KPI tracking, and appraisal processes.
✅ 2–3 years of relevant PMS experience
✅ Strong understanding of KPI setting & tracking
✅ Experience in performance appraisal processes
✅ Ability to prepare and maintain PMS reports
✅ Strong Excel and data management skills
✅ Good analytical and reporting skills
✅ Strong coordination and follow-up skills
✅ Experience with HRMS/PMS software is an advantage
✅ UAE/GCC HR experience will be an added advantage
