✅ 2–3 years of relevant recruitment experience
✅ Automotive recruitment experience preferred
✅ Hands-on experience in sourcing & screening candidates
✅ Interview coordination & candidate follow-up
✅ Ability to handle end-to-end recruitment
✅ Good communication & coordination skills
✅ Good knowledge of MS Excel & recruitment portals
✅ Technical/automotive staff recruitment experience is an advantage
