Position: MTO – Machine Tool Operator

Requirements:
3–5 years of experience in the cement industry
Proven experience operating machine tools (Lathe, Milling, Drilling, Grinding, etc.)
Strong knowledge of mechanical drawings and machining processes
Job Responsibilities:
Operate and maintain machine tools such as lathe, milling, drilling, and grinding machines
Perform machining, fitting, and finishing of mechanical components
Read and interpret technical drawings, dimensions, and tolerances
Carry out preventive maintenance of machines and tools
Ensure safety, quality, and accuracy in all machining operations
Support mechanical maintenance activities during shutdowns and breakdowns
